Medusa Hair Alchemist is located in Houston's Historic Woodland Heights. Directly on Houston Avenue, where Bayland intersects.
The salon has street parking available right in front on Houston Avenue, or you may also park on Bayland.
Easy access to 45 and I-10 less than one minute from the salon.

Please understand when you cancel without proper notice, it prevents another client from filling your spot. I do understand life happens, and things can change since the appointment was made, so my booking system sends out reminders 7 days in advance to give plenty of time for any changes to scheduled appointments. Please review the services booked before confirming, and if any adjustments need to be made contact me via text. Partial cancellations of service, (aka booking a color and cut but deciding day of you don't want the cut) will fall under this same cancellation policy.
All cancellations, rescheduling, and service changes must happen via text message to 832-377-7723,
as the online booking system won’t be able to do this.
I do require 48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice a cancellation fee of 25% of services reserved will apply. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a Day of Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
“No Shows” will be charged 90% of the reserved service amount. This is to protect the time reserved on the schedule specifically for you. A credit card must be held on file in order to schedule appointments at Medusa Hair Alchemist
I value and respect everyones time, and I work very hard to keep my schedule on track .
For consideration of all guests scheduled that day, I do request a timely arrival to your appointment.
My space is quite intimate so I do request if you arrive early to please wait until your scheduled appointment time to enter. This allows me to fully focus on each guest in my chair and give excellent service.
Services for clients running late may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time without any price adjustment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the Day Of Cancellation fee will apply.

Refunds and Returns
Please understand I do not offer refunds on services. However, if you feel a slight adjustment is necessary, I ask that you contact me via text within 5 days of your original appointment. Each individual situation will be considered and adjustments will be made at my discretion.
I offer exchanges on all hair product
purchases within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
It is important to me that you have the correct haircare products...I do not wish to add to the product graveyard that exists under many bathroom sinks.
I encourage you to bring in any item that is not meeting your expectations and I will replace it with something that better suits your needs.
Non hair care items may be returned unopened/unused within 30 days with receipt
