Please understand when you cancel without proper notice, it prevents another client from filling your spot.
I do understand life happens, and things can change since the appointment was made, so my booking system sends out reminders 10 days in advance to give plenty of time for any changes to scheduled appointments. Please review the services booked before confirming, and if any adjustments need to be made contact me via text.
Partial cancellations of service, (aka booking a color and cut but deciding day of you don't want the cut) will fall under this same cancellation policy.

I do require 48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice a cancellation fee of 25% of services reserved will apply. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a Day of Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

For consideration of all guests scheduled that day, I do request a timely arrival to your appointment.
My space is quite intimate so I do request if you arrive early to please wait until your scheduled appointment time to enter. This allows me to fully focus on each guest in my chair and give excellent service.
Services for clients running late may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time without any price adjustment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the Day Of Cancellation fee will apply.

Please understand I do not offer refunds on services. However, if you feel a slight adjustment is necessary, I ask that you contact me via text within 5 days of your original appointment. Each individual situation will be considered, and adjustments will be made at my discretion.
It is important to me that you have the correct haircare products...
I do not wish to add to the product graveyard that exists under many bathroom sinks. I offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
I encourage you to bring in any item that is not meeting your expectations and I will replace it with something that better suits your needs.
Non hair care items may be returned unopened/unused within 30 days with receipt
1. Do you accept credit cards?
I accept all major credit cards.
2. Where do I park?
Parking is available directly in front of the salon on Houston Ave, or right next to the building on Oleander. You may also park across from the salon on Bayland.
3. What do I wear to my appointment?
I provide color robes for you to change into so you can relax and be comfortable, but I also suggest not wearing any high-necked or bulky sweaters/scarves, or any pants/skirts that would stain easily. Robes are wonderful at keeping clothing safe, but do keep in mind this is a hair color appointment, so avoid wearing anything that is special to you.
4. Do I come with clean or dirty hair?
Clean hair is best! Build up of products or oils will work against the coloring process, so for best results please wash your hair the day before your appointment. Do not come with freshly washed wet hair.
5. What is the difference between Regular, Happy Hour, and VIP pricing?
The prices listed are all starting price ranges, and can vary depending on the time of day you're booked, what techniques are utilized, and how much product is required. Due to the high demand on evening appointments, they fall into my Peak Rates, which are priced 15% higher than regular prices. VIP Appointments, which happen when the salon is usually closed, are 40% more, and scheduled by request only. I always give a detailed estimate on pricing during our consultation prior to booking so there is never any sticker shock! The prices listed reflect the base range of Regular hours, and not VIP/Peak rates.
6. What if I need to change my appointment, can I do that online?
To avoid any miscommunications or technology slip ups, texting is the easiest and most reliable way to make any changes to your appointments. 832-377-7723
7. Can I come early or bring a friend to my appointment?
My space is very cozy so I do ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time and not any earlier. This allows me to give all guests my full focus during the entirety of their appointment.
Regarding bringing another person with you, this would be a case by case basis.
