Blonde specialist vs blonding specialist

So what is the difference between a ‘blonde specialist’ and a ‘blonding specialist’?

Well, both have been highly trained in different methods of highlighting hair to make it lighter, while keeping it healthy. Whereas a ‘blonde specialist’ typically only works on people who desire the final look to be blonde, a ‘blond-ING specialist’ works on anyone who desires to have brightness and dimension added to their hair.

I myself am a blonding specialist, and while yes a large portion of my clientele desire to leave looking blonde, I also work with brunettes who want anything from subtle brightness that is most noticeable in the sunlight, to leaving the salon with a more bronde look…(not quite a brunette but still not a blonde). People who are experiencing graying and want to gracefully blend it away with lighter pieces. Even Redheads who want to enhance their beautiful natural color and have some dimension of golden or strawberry blonde!
